Step 2. Click "start" to select programs. See as follows:

Step 3. Run "WMkits Utilities". You will see the following screenshot.

Step 4. Click " "and you will see the following Start Menu Settings screenshot:

Step 5. Click on "Menu"->"New" to create new Start Menu shortcuts, or select a lnk file and click "Menu"->"Edit"to edit it.
